Whole Wheat Bonda

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 ½ tbsp chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  • ½ tbsp green chilli
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 ½ rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add Atta, onions, chilli powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, yogurt, rice flour, Salt to taste with the required amount of water and whisk to form a thick consistency.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter in a ball sized and fry till golden brown and serve.
