Spinach Puri

Ingredients

  • Spinach (palak) puree - 1/4 cup
  • Amrit Food Superfine Special Atta - 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 20 equal portions and roll out each portion of the dough into a 75 mm. (3”) diameter circle.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry a few puris at a time on a medium flame till they turn crisp from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve immediately.
