Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 green chilli chopped
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
- ¼ cup green capsicum
- chopped
- ¼ cup carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup paneer grated
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- Roti made from Amrit Foods Superfine Special Atta
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Fry the saunf and cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
- Add the onions and green chillies.
- Saute for a minute or until onions turn light golden.
- Add the capsicums and carrots in it, and saute for another minute.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for one more minute.
- Then add red chilli powder, curry powder and salt.
- Add the grated paneer, cucumber and garam masala.
- Cook for a minute or two on low-medium flame.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Take the roti made from Atta, stuff and make a tight wrap/roll.
- Serve it along with a dip.
